The food is amazing and my sprite disappeared and then boom it came back!! Our server was one point, the young man kept the food and drinks coming!!!
We were camping at Mistletoe State Park and opted to meet my aunt for Mexican. She suggested this place due to the ambiance. I don't put much expectations into random restaurants in small towns. And as most know, hole in the wall Mexican joints tend to be amazing anyways. This place didn't disappoint! The ambiance was great inside, and you totally forget you just parked your car in a barren parking lot in a small town once you walk in. The Texas Rita's we had were strong! And our service was great! The salsa that came with the chips was good, but not as spicy as I liked. Our meal, however, was perfect. The house verde salsa is awesome! And their street style chicken tacos looked & tasted amazing. Honestly, can't say one bad thing about this visit. I would probably venture out this way, if remotely in the area, to eat here again!
We are new in the area so we are trying out family owned/ non-chain businesses. This is our new favorite Latin restaurant. Friendly staff, tasty nearly authentic food and quite clean! Thank you!
I am new to Thomson it seems everywhere I have chosen to eat was nothing to write home about. Well let me tell you get my pen and paper ready!!!! because I have a letter to send home. I don't know much about the place in 2016 but 2017 is rocking . Best Salsa I have had in a while ...Waitress was cheerful and sweet not overly attentive so that every time I took a bite she would be asking me if everything was ok. Food was hot delivered to the table in record time place was jumping with Pop Mexican tunes .Me myself and I had a great time . I think they would do even better business if they had Karaoke night just saying. No complaints will be making this my Friday night for Mexican fare. For the record very particular and precise . I had the Torta Cubana to go. It was very good and so big that I took half home for my son. He liked it too. Chips and salsa very good as well and the service is very friendly. I'll be back.
